Yes — same-day service is available when parts are in stock. Call early in the day for the best chance of getting your appliance fixed the same day. We'll tell you upfront if we can make it.
As a rule of thumb: if your appliance is under 8–10 years old and the repair costs less than half the price of a new one, it's usually worth fixing. We'll give you an honest assessment — if it makes more sense to replace it, we'll tell you that too.
Our diagnostic fee is $89, which is applied toward your repair if you choose to have us fix it. You'll get a flat-rate quote before any work begins — no surprises, no hourly charges that drag on.
We stock the most common parts — heating elements, belts, pumps, water valves, thermostats, and igniters. If we don't have the part, we'll order it and tell you exactly when we'll be back to finish the job.
