Appliance Repair FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most.
What appliances do you repair?
We repair refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers (gas and electric), dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, and garbage disposals. If you're not sure, just call and ask.
When can I schedule appliance repair?
Call Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm for the next available appointment. We confirm timing based on your address, equipment and the work needed.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
As a rule of thumb: if your appliance is under 8–10 years old and the repair costs less than half the price of a new one, it's usually worth fixing. We'll give you an honest assessment — if it makes more sense to replace it, we'll tell you that too.
How much does appliance repair cost?
Call to discuss the diagnostic visit and current service terms. We explain the findings and proposed repair before you approve the work.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
We stock the most common parts — heating elements, belts, pumps, water valves, thermostats, and igniters. If we don't have the part, we'll order it and tell you exactly when we'll be back to finish the job.
What if the appliance breaks again after you fix it?
Call us directly to discuss the symptoms and previous work. We will review the situation and explain the next step and any applicable service terms.
